Good to know

Why was I screened out?

The study needed a specific audience. You may still receive a small credit on some projects; many screeners pay nothing. That is normal in market research.

When do points appear?

After the survey host confirms a valid outcome. Quality fails are not rewarded.

Is it really free?

Yes. SampleLane never charges members to join or to take surveys.

How do I sign in later?

Use the same email and password on Sign in. If review is still open, you will see a pending message.
